We have just put out house on the market and need to sell very quickly so that we can move out east where my husband has been transferred to. He has already bought a house for us there, and I need to stay here until this one sells. Our real estate agent made a couple of suggestions about some things to do to the house to make it sell quicker.

I made a list of what she suggested and then got online to do some research of local companies that may be able to help us with them. I put in repair storm damage Minnesota and found three different companies that do storm damage repairs in Minnesota and guarantee their work. I called them and they are sure that they can fix the skylight crack that was caused from a hail storm last month.

I then contacted another company that I found online by searching Minnesota home improvement to see if they could come in and replace all of the carpet in our house because it is original to the house and the last owners never had them cleaned. I had them professionally cleaned, but once in a while you still smell cats from the previous owners. The Minnesota home improvement company informed me that they would be out to look at my house in two days. Maybe someone will buy it before then, and I will not have to pay to do all of this work.
