Walk in Bathtubs for the New Generation of Workers
To all managers out there who want to reward their new batch of workers, here’s an incentive any up and coming, hardworking, performance driven employee would want to own- a walk-in bathtub. These “kids” are so driven to work long hours, ready to take on new tasks and almost always end up spent at the end of the day. To keep them at their peak performance level, it is up to management to reward them with what pampers them best. Month after month, I gave away clues as to what the highest and most consistent in sales performance would win at the end of the year.
And during this last quarter, I finally posted the picture that said it all. The sight of the walk-in tubs just had its own magic spell fuelling every sales representative on the floor. My staff told me about how it became the cafeteria “talk” for days after initial posting. And that’s the reason why an actual walk in tub is flaunted under the big Christmas tree in the middle of the office. Good luck to all!
