When my mother passed away last year I was left with her rental properties. As of the moment I am finalizing what business should I start with. I am a fresh graduate. I don’t want to work in somebody’s company. I wanted to start my own business, in that way I owned my time and my money too. I am planning to start refreshment parlor (shakes, juice and ice cream too). This is the best idea, because everyone loves refreshment especially when it’s hot. Since my family has a beach resort. But before that I need to have an attractive place. I need to place metal awnings at the side of it, so that my customers have choices whether they like to stay inside or outside.

I am also planning to install some retractable sun screens to lessen the brightness inside my refreshment parlor, this way it also help me conserve energy consumption. It is best for some customers who don’t like to expose themselves to direct sunlight.

After settling everything, I need to start the construction of my refreshment parlor. Start hiring at least 5 staff. Well, you can sense how excited I am right now?

First and Hopefully the last time to Remove Trees

There was a tree near our house and it is rotting away. My mom is worried that their might be insects or other bugs that will thrive on the dying tree and become a nuisance in our home. I went to visit my sister’s house to see my niece. She has grown so much in the few years that I haven’t seen her. I’ve been pretty busy going from place to place because of my passion for travel.
